At the Kevin & Amanda Foundation our mission is to help make designer furniture more affordable by providing beautiful furniture to those who truly need it.
We source furniture donations and make them available at heavily reduced prices, so the community has access to affordable quality furniture.
We use these donations and the funds generated from them to furnish the homes of those in need and help those who are in the most need.
Why We Care
The Kevin & Amanda Foundation's founders spent years in the furniture industry experiencing increased waste.
It's common for large furniture companies to dispose of returned or slightly imperfect furniture instead of giving it to someone who needs it.
It's common for people to throw out old, but perfectly good, furniture, because it's so hard to deal with finding a good new home for it.
It was clear that this could be improved upon. This unwanted product can be repurposed to those who would be happy to have it.
The Kevin & Amanda Foundation was started to solve these problems.
